Biography and duties

General director is an individual executive authority of joint-stock company and submits directly to General meeting of shareholders and Supervisory council of joint-stock company.

• Supervises financial and economic activities of joint-stock company, provides execution of the tasks assigned to him, organizes work and effective interaction of all structural divisions of the enterprise.
• Provides performance by the enterprise to fulfill all obligations to the state budget, state extrabudgetary social funds, and also customers and creditors.
• Organizes development and introduction of the newest progressive forms of management and the organization of labor, scientifically substantiated standards of material, financial and labour expenses, studying of market condition and the best practices (domestic and foreign) with a view of all-round increase of a technological level and quality of works (services), economic efficiency of manufacture, rational use of industrial reserves and an economical expenditure of all kinds of resources.
• Solves the questions concerning financial and economic and economic activities of the organization, within the limits of the powers given to him.
• Provides and supervises performance of decisions of general meeting of shareholders, the Supervisory council of joint-stock company, granting of data, reporting about activity of joint-stock company to general meeting of shareholders, Supervisory council and auditors.
• Organizes work on maintenance of the enterprise with qualified personnel, rational use of their professional knowledge and experience, carrying out of certifications and training of employees.
• Organizes and supervises performance by employees of official duties, requirements of legislation Republic of Uzbekistan and internal normative documents of joint-stock company, takes measures on elimination of infringements and lacks of work of employees.

Biography and duties

I. Babakhanov was born in the Andijan region in 1969. He graduated from the Andijan Agricultural Institute (hydraulic engineer), Tashkent Financial Institute (economist), Academy of State and Public Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. (basis of market relations). He worked in various leadership positions in state and local government. Since 2007 he has been working in the structures of JSC FI "Uzvtorсvetmet". In this position he works since November 28, 2018.
