Biography and duties

I. Babakhanov was born in the Andijan region in 1969. He graduated from the Andijan Agricultural Institute (hydraulic engineer), Tashkent Financial Institute (economist), Academy of State and Public Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
